I knew this would happen sooner or later, it's just as it was on old familyguy, when an irresponsible gm got bored and started giving out t6 which was unavailable to players...

What you can always do is do .player or .char player, and once you have his account, you can lock his account to your IP so he can't play anymore. I don't know that command for arcemu but I know it is there.
