Need help with error.

Another character (Prude) and I (Loram) are stuck when we entered an instance, in the Caverns of Time, and encountered an error. We each tried reloading the game and entering again, but still encounter the same error. Could you please just relocate our characters to another area? We think that would stop the error, at least on our side. Stormwind would be fine.

unfortunatly there is nothing a gm can do to help u only stewie can. there used to be an unstuck tool on the other site sadly that site is down i've been told. so yeh stewie these guys need u oh and add that ustuck feature again please. have you guys tried logging from different computers?

Gm's can summon offline players, not sure if it works in this situation though

We only have two computers to try it on and both had the same error at the same time. That made me think that maybe it was a server issue since they both were fresh installs and fully updated and all that.

Either way I just want to get out of there lol

Try clearing/deleting your cache folder

Summoned you both to sw, try if it still errors now

if you could coordinate ur efforts with a gm, they could summon you to a different area while your still at the loading screen b4 the error occurs, just gotta have the timing right so they get the summon off b4 u finish loading
